My Journey—

Yoga first came into my life in a way to support my own wellneing after a cancer diagnosis. What started as aphysical practice soon became much deeper- a way to manage stress, calm the mind and feel more grounded in evertday life. This took me on my Yoga training journey- i teach a variety of different styles, i found that Yin Yoga really helped me- this is a focus on Willow Tree Yoga. I have a selection of different classes on my YouTube channel.
