🌬 Breathwork (5 minutes)

  • Inhale through the nose for 4

  • Exhale through the mouth for 6

  • Feel the body soften with every breath 🌬✨

  • Neck rolls

  • Shoulder shrugs

  • Slow spinal movements

  • Cat–Cow or seated twists
