🌙 DAY 13 – Evening Reset Ritual
Creating Your Personal Wind-Down Rhythm

🌿 Today’s Focus
This week you’ve explored circadian rhythm, blue light boundaries, breath and gentle evening movement.

Today, we bring it together.
Instead of following a generic routine, you will create your own evening reset ritual.
One that feels realistic. One that feels calming. One that feels sustainable.

Sleep improves when evenings feel predictable.
Predictability builds safety. Safety builds rest.
🌙 Today’s Intentions
✨ “I create rhythm that supports me.”
✨ “My evenings are calm and intentional.”
✨ “I protect the transition into rest.”

Choose one and carry it into tonight.
🌿 Design Your 3-Step Evening Ritual
Choose one from each category:
Light Cue
Dim lights
Switch to lamp only
No overhead lighting

Body Cue
Legs Up The Wall
Gentle Yin stretch
Slow shoulder release

Breath Cue
4–6 breathing
3 long exhalations
Hand on heart breathing

Keep it simple.
Your ritual should take no more than 10–15 minutes.
Small and repeatable wins.

✍️ Journal Prompts
What part of my evening currently feels rushed?
What overstimulates me most at night?
How do I want to feel when I get into bed?
What will my new 3-step ritual be?
Write your ritual clearly.
This becomes your anchor.

🌿 Gentle Reminder
You are not forcing sleep.
You are preparing for it.
Preparation builds trust.
Trust builds rhythm.
