🌿 Benefits of Consistent Gentle Movement
When stretching and Yin become regular:


Sleep improves
Stress tolerance increases
Posture improves
Energy stabilises
Emotional reactivity reduces
Small daily movement rewires the body toward safety.


🌿 Week 1 Reflection
Ask yourself:
Do I feel slightly calmer than Day 1?
Has walking improved my mood?
Has stretching reduced tension?
Is hydration easier now?
Even 5% improvement matters.
