Stretching today is not about flexibility.


It is about release.
We carry stress physically — in our shoulders, hips, jaw, lower back.
Gentle stretching signals safety to the nervous system.

Choose 3 simple movements:
• Neck rolls
• Forward fold
• Shoulder stretch
• Seated twist
• Hip stretch
Move slowly.

Is my breath slower?
Has tension shifted even slightly?
